Orders & Shipping
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact via Contact Us form and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
Order processing times vary depending on the product and location. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to process an order before it is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

To cancel your order or have questioins regarding your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Cancellations may only be possible before the order is processed or shipped.
Return & Exchange
We hope that you will be satisfied with your order. However, if you change your mind returning an item couldn't be easier.
You can simply request return through our customer support channel at info@alturajewel.com. Email us with your order number and items you would like to return or exchange. Also, if you have preferred carrier in mind, please let us know. We will email you back with shipping label for you to ship back. Please ship back products in the original packaging. We will conduct quality check to confirm a refund or exchange.
We’re sorry to hear the pieces weren’t what you expected. You’re welcome to request a return or exchange as long as the items are unused, unworn, and within 30 days of delivery. Please note that used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Here’s what Gold Vermeil is — and how it differs from regular gold-plated pieces:
- Gold Vermeil is a type of gold-plated jewelry, but with two key upgrades: it uses a much thicker layer of gold and a sterling silver base (instead of brass or stainless steel).
