  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination).
  • Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (available at checkout for select regions).
  • Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.
  • Please note: Actual shipping time is based on the estimated timeframe stated in your confirmation email, as it reflects real-time inventory and fulfillment updates.

3. Inventory & Availablity

  • Most items are in stock and ready to ship.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you via email and offer:
    1. Waitlist / Pre-order option, or 2. Full refund upon request.
  • Please note: All of ALTURA's items are carefully designed and handcrafted in small batches. Restocking of popular items will take a little longer. Please be patient with best results.

4. Order Tracking

  • Please track your product through tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
  • You can track your shipment anytime using the carrier's website.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • ALTURA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, but we will assist you in filing a claim.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll make it right.
