- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination).
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (available at checkout for select regions).
- Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.
- Please note: Actual shipping time is based on the estimated timeframe stated in your confirmation email, as it reflects real-time inventory and fulfillment updates.
3. Inventory & Availablity
- Most items are in stock and ready to ship.
- If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you via email and offer:
1. Waitlist / Pre-order option, or 2. Full refund upon request. - Please note: All of ALTURA's items are carefully designed and handcrafted in small batches. Restocking of popular items will take a little longer. Please be patient with best results.
4. Order Tracking
- Please track your product through tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
- You can track your shipment anytime using the carrier's website.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- ALTURA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by carriers, but we will assist you in filing a claim.
- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll make it right.
