HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email Us: Contact our customer service team at support@alturajewel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Approval: We will review your request and reply within 3–5 business days with return instructions. Please reply with your preferred carrier if you have a preference.
- Ship Your Item: After approval, send the product back using the return label we provide or your preferred carrier.
- Quality Check: Once we receive your item, our team will complete a quality check inspection within 3–5 business days.
- Refund or Exchange: After quality check approval, we will process your refund or send your exchange item.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Personalized or custom pieces are NOT eligible for return unless defective.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after QC approval.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of wear or damage not caused by manufacturing.
